For geographic regions not specifically listed above, we generally ship using DHL as well. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and carrier details as soon as they become available.

  • USA / UK / Canada: delivery is typically faster than average in many areas.
  • Remote or rural areas: delivery may take longer due to limited carrier routes and handoffs.
  • International deliveries: timing can also vary depending on local courier networks and (where applicable) customs clearance.

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs or import duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the local customs authorities.
